Mental and emotional habits develop throughout your life. Success, failure, joy, and sorrow embed themselves in your beliefs.
Eventually the ones you've given the most attention to become the controlling factors and some areas of life reflect the wins while some areas reflect the frustration.
Re-wiring these old patterns is difficult. Learn new routines and positive mental habits that keep you on track.
Maybe you're looking to achieve the next level, or maybe you're simply
aiming for a calm organized life that allows you to get everything done.
I can help. Get the free e-book below or check out my free resources.

The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to
choose one thought over another.
William James
The disconnect you feel...
...between where you are and where you want to be, is the desire inside you asking you to step forward.
You feel like you’re being pulled toward something you want but don’t have, or to somewhere you want to go, but you just can't get there.
That disconnect is THE key indicator...
...that your inner self knows you are capable of more. That feeling is important! Step into it.
You feel this disconnect in unmet goals, self-doubt, and missed opportunities.
You feel like you are under control of the situations and circumstances in your life.
You tell yourself, it's not supposed to be this hard...
stress has become the controlling factor....
Stress becomes the controlling factor
The reality you're looking at versus what you want for yourself creates stress reactions in you.
Those unmet goals, dissatisfaction, the demands of work and family...the sheer amount of things...
Your reaction to stress and stressful events carries over to non-stressful activities, such as dinner with the family that ends up in an argument.
A weekend away used to catch up on work and answer emails.
A relaxing evening at home that you can't enjoy because you have so much to do.
Worries about the day, the problems, the LONG to-do list, that thing that went wrong at work, the argument, the dishes.......
It all adds up and overwhelms your ability to think clearly and handle one task at a time.
Stress takes over your thought process. It skews your perception and focuses on worst-case scenarios. It stops you.
Learning to manage stress prevents shut down.
Effective stress management is...
.....fostering your ability to resolve the mindset and perceptions that get you stuck.
Managing stress is:
So much of our stress is created in our own minds because of the way we perceive events and the way we allow ourselves to overthink and ruminate.
We create a reality that doesn't exist, except in our thoughts. Focusing on this reality long enough forms beliefs that morph into habits that can last a lifetime if permitted.
Resolution: How to get there from where you are?
Through my stress education and management programs, I will teach you how to diminish the physical self’s voice of doubt, and how to amplify the voice inside you that kindles your desires, that knows what you’re capable of, and encourages you to walk forward with full knowledge of your power.
I address the practical aspects of stress management and lead you through taking inventory of your stress, learning to recognize and redirect your habits, to building a new foundation.
